Warranty
All products manufactured by Wunderworks have a one-year limited warranty. If any part of your Wunderworks product malfunctions, we will repair or replace it at our expense. If the malfunction makes the product dangerous or prohibits the product from performing normally or safely, please remove the product from service and call us at (937) 552-7719 for instructions to receive a replacement product. We do not replace or repair items damaged from neglect or misuse.
Shipping
Shipping rates are based on the delivery of products within the 48 contiguous United States. If the shipping address is outside of this area, please call us directly at (937) 552.7719 for an accurate shipping quote. The size of the products prohibits economically shipping “overnight”, “next day”, or “second day”. All products are shipped UPS Ground or LTL Freight and it is possible for us to ship products on a priority basis, but this will add significant expense to the product. Please call if you wish to expedite your order and we will provide pricing.
Delivery Time
Orders are continually being processed and shipped from Wunderworks. Since we manufacture our own products, the delivery time varies depending on what we have in stock. We will make every effort to ship your Wunderworks product in a timely fashion. Most orders will be delivered between four and six weeks from the time of order. However, some orders may not be delivered for as long as eight weeks. In these rare cases, we will call or email you and attempt to provide a projected delivery date.
International Orders
Orders shipped outside of the continental United States must be confirmed via telephone at (937) 552-7719. We will calculate the cost to ship to the foreign destination and adjust the price of the products accordingly.
